Twój zakres obowiązków

• Perform cash application, maintenance, refunds, reconciliation, reporting and follow up on open items (on account process)
• Email queries handling
• Accounts analysis
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
• Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
• Prepare and maintain a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets

Nasze wymagania

• Experience in AR (1 year) preferably, or PTP knowledge
• Finance/Accounting studies or Finished accounting courses/or already good experience in AR
• Strong analytical skills
• Clear understanding of the big picture as well as data related details
• Experience in the reporting area
• Multitasking
• Eye for improvement areas
• Good team player
• Customer orientation and proactive approach
• Language: Italian – C1 and English – min B2
• SAP knowledge nice to have
