Your responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Engineers, Specialists, and Technicians, fostering collaboration and high performance. Define team development strategies, conduct performance reviews, and identify training needs.
• Plan and execute validation tests for components, modules, and full products in the early project phases. Ensure timely, accurate test results and approve reports for compliance with internal standards.
• Continuously improve validation methods and develop new testing approaches to enhance efficiency and product quality. Drive innovation to strengthen lab capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Manage certifications, lead audits, and oversee the maintenance and calibration of test infrastructure.
• Communicate test results and preliminary analyses clearly to stakeholders, offering actionable insights. Align testing activities with project goals in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Manage laboratory budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure efficient use of resources. Oversee inventory levels, procurement of consumables, and investment planning to support lab operations.

Our requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in the laboratory or quality leadership with multidisciplinary team management
• Fluent English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of validation testing, statistical analysis, and DOE
• Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and audits
• Proficient in using and maintaining lab equipment for dishwasher testing
• Skilled in developing test plans and managing lab resources
• Ability to present test results and analysis to stakeholders
• Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project goals
• Manages lab budgets, infrastructure maintenance, and compliance
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Physics, or a related field
