Your responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for the EU region in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and business performance analysis.
• Provide leadership team with insights and analysis on business performance & forecast data to enable effective decision making for the EU Region.
• Monitor P&L, gross margins, and cost efficiency across categories and countries.
• Oversee product costing, inventory control, and contract manufacturing finance.
• Support new product COGS finalization and maintain internal financial controls.

Our requirements

• CA or MBA in Finance with 2-3 years’ experience (preferably in FMCG).
• Strong skills in financial analysis, planning, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Proficient in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Hyperion, etc.).
• English speaking and writing skills on a business level.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and a proactive team player.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
