Twój zakres obowiązków

• Create production schedules and purchase orders in ERP system (NetSuite).
• Manage the Internal Sales Order Process.
• Lead the interface between Internal Customers, Material Planning, Production & Logistics.
• Liaise with Production for day to day planning of Workshop jobs.
• Coordinate with Production for low volume / project based orders.
• Liaise with internal customers for delivery lead times.
• Support Logistics Team in export/import documents.
• From time to time complete other duties as required by line management and cover absence where necessary.

Nasze wymagania

• 2-4 years in a similar planning function, ideally from a manufacturing or assembly background
• Ideally with a background in NetSuite, but certainly proficient in ERP system usage.
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Fluent in both verbal and written English is a must.
• A team player with excellent inter personal skills and able to build good working relationships.
• Able to work on own initiative.
• Good business acumen.
• A flexible approach, with a desire to learn and develop.
• Sensible and pragmatic.
