Your responsibilities

• Manage the payroll process conducted by Arrow’s external partners by collecting, checking, reconciling, and processing payroll input data.
• Administer Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Ensure the accuracy of payroll data including payment and booking files in a timely manner
• Provide the external vendors with input and instructions.
• Ensure accuracy of payroll output data including payment and booking files in a timely manner
• Provide payroll output data to Finance in a timely manner.
• Prepare reports for Payroll, Audit, HR and Finance purposes.
• Resolve employee queries or coordinate solutions with the payroll vendor.
• Collaborate closely with various departments across the company.
• Participate in payroll-related projects.

Our requirements

• You have at least 2 years of experience in the payroll (or related) area.
• You have knowledge of key regulations for Italian Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• You pay attention to detail.
• You have strong MS Office literacy (especially MS Excel)
• You understand how to work with confidential data.
• You feel comfortable working with tight deadlines.
• You speak English and Italian fluently (Mandatory).
