Your responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full IT recruitment lifecycle for technical and business roles
  • Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline — especially for passive candidates
  • Source candidates through direct search, social media, job platforms, and referrals
  • Coordinate and monitor all stages of the process — from screening to offer
  • Conduct personal and competency-based interviews
  • Provide clear and structured feedback to hiring teams and candidates
  • Keep hiring managers aligned with regular updates, timelines, and decision support
  • Use recruitment data to drive decisions, identify bottlenecks, and improve funnel performance
  • Organize and support technical assessments and interview logistics
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives (events, meetups, campaigns)
  • Share recruitment knowledge and best practices within the team
  • Actively contribute to recruitment planning and hiring forecast

Our requirements

  • Experienced: 5+ years in recruitment, including at least 3 years in IT/technical hiring
  • Structured: You bring clarity to every search and process, and keep teams aligned
  • Independent: You take initiative and lead your roles without waiting for direction
  • Fast-Moving: You’re comfortable in environments where priorities shift quickly
  • Analytical: You use data to measure success, report progress, and guide next steps
  • People-Centered: You build trust with candidates and teams, and ensure a great experience
  • Collaborative: You work well in a team, share knowledge, and raise the bar together
  • Fluent in English: You communicate clearly with international stakeholders (C1 level minimum)
  • Knowledgeable: You understand the IT market, direct search, and candidate behavio

Optional

  • Experience in fast-scaling companies or matrix environments
  • Exposure to both high-volume and hard-to-fill tech roles
  • Familiarity with recruitment strategy
  • Experience using ATS, CRM, and sourcing automation tools
