Your responsibilities

• Screening resumes and sourcing suitable candidates.
• Coordinating interviews.
• Managing the entire recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Preparing contract offers.
• Managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and keeping candidate records up to date.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Providing guidance to hiring managers on candidate selection processes.
• Building and developing client/business relationships.
• Providing support for continuous improvement initiatives.

Our requirements

• Very good knowledge of German (minimum C1);
• Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
• At least half year of work experience in the HR department /Talent Acquisition;
• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel);
• Highly developed interpersonal skills;
• Strong communication skills;
• Excellent time management and organisational skills;
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree.
