Your responsibilities

• Execute Accounting Operations for R2R according to activity split;
• Ensure reliability of financial statements, adhering to IFRS and local legislation;
• Record and verify transactions for General Ledger and Reporting;
• Act as the main contact for FA operational topics;
• Provide guidance to colleagues in accounting processes;
• Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with country organization;
• Handle complex local accounting topics;
• Participate in global expert communities and coordinate local key users;
• Interact with key business functions for proper accounting;
• Partner with Global Experts Hub and GBS network for standards and processes;
• Conduct process-specific trainings and respond to audit requests;
• Support projects like mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures;
• Identify issues and manage changes effectively;
• Support optimization and improvement initiatives.

Our requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Economics, or relevant field;
• 4+ years of experience in Accounting, Controlling, Taxes, Financial Analysis;
• Understanding of global accounting, controlling, and tax processes;
• Advanced knowledge of technical accounting and financial reporting;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Proficiency in English, with Hebrew or Greek language skills;
• Ability to manage priorities with minimal supervision;
• High degree of accuracy and reliability;
• Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking;
• Ability to establish stakeholder networks;
• Motivation and ability to operate in an intercultural environment;
• Digital mindset with focus on improvements.
