Twój zakres obowiązków

• Delivering sales and financial analysis (sales reports, customer/product profitability analysis, KPI analysis);
• Taking active role in the pricing process;
• Supporting core planning process (annual budgets & financial forecasts);
• Analysing financial results (actual versus budget/forecast analysis with variance reporting on a monthly basis, recommending changes);
• Participating in monthly management reports preparation;
• Taking part in month-end closing activities;
• Supporting Business Controlling team in the simplification and standardization of processes & reports, taking active role in the maintenance & development of controlling database system.

Wymagania pracodawcy

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree preferably in finance/economics area
• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong ability to work in Excel
• Very good written and spoken English
• Good problem solving, excellent analytical skills, ability to prioritize tasks
• Sound knowledge of financial and reporting systems (SAP, Power BI) would be a strong advantage.
• Ability to work across markets, cultures and at all levels in the organization
• Demonstrates a proactive & methodical approach
