Your responsibilities

• Consolidated Reporting:
• Monthly Private Asset Reconciliation
• Document Backfills for client’s external private investments
• Asset Classification
• Historical Data Conversions for external accounts based on statements, transactional extracts and client’s external private investments
• Capital Call Services:
• Tracking of upcoming capital call payments
• Processing of the capital calls using internal systems
• External Private Fund Wire instruction fraud prevention
• Bill Pay:
• Processing of the Bills in Bill.com
• Daily Payment Reconciliation between Bill.com and our internal accounting system
• Vendor information reconciliation between Bill.com and internal systems
• eMoney:
• Client creation issues resolution
• Asset Classification

Our requirements

• BA or Equivalent
• 3+ year of experience
• Ability to identify, escalate and resolve problems/issues
• Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Proactive self-starter who is goal-oriented
• Demonstrate risk awareness and ability to identify red flags
• Proficiency in excel a must
