Your responsibilities

  • Manage operational marketing activities across EMEA
  • Lead a hybrid team, based in multiple locations
  • Tailor campaign translation, rollout, training, and adaptation for regional differences in language, timing, and execution
  • Steer participation in major fairs, manage event messaging and booth concepts
  • Work closely with digital product owners for marketing automation and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, HubSpot)
  • Oversee content strategy and development, including video content, campaign assets, and content localization
  • Act as a consultant to country sales leaders, ensuring the correct campaigns and tools are used for each market segment
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure close alignment and successful cross-functional activation

Employer requirements

  • Strong B2B marketing background, ideally in industrial automation, sensors, or technical components
  • Minimum 5 years of international marketing experience, leading cross-regional campaigns
  • Experience managing multinational campaigns, fairs, and demo-based activations
  • Strong experience in operational and performance marketing, not corporate branding
  • Ability to translate campaigns to different cultural and market contexts across EMEA
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, sales enablement, and content management
  • Able to manage a large, decentralized region and work with diverse cultural mindsets and sales expectations
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills – a builder of teams, processes, and campaign infrastructure
  • Must be hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable without a mature team or systems in place
  • Strong skills in consultative marketing, working closely with regional sales and translating technical needs into action
  • Comfortable working in a diverse, decentralized environment and building a new team with limited existing marketing maturity
  • English is mandatory, Polish helpful for working with the Wrocław team
  • Willing to travel across Europe regularly to support fairs and country campaigns
  • Industry Experience: 5+ years in B2B marketing within automation, sensors, components, or industrial tech sectors
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to build and manage marketing teams across multiple countries or regions
  • Executional Focus: Track record in event marketing, campaign localization, content production, and lead qualification processes
  • Tools & Systems: Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and content distribution tools i.e HubSpot, LinkedIn, video content production, CMS, CRM systems
  • Cultural Agility: Comfortable navigating diverse countries with different marketing maturity levels and expectations
