About the project

• A rare opportunity has come up for an experienced and talented Engineering Team Lead with solid management and hands-on development experience to join an ambitious and motivated team within a great US company with its own solutions.

Your responsibilities

• You will ​​provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentorship to a highly motivated team of distributed engineers working across a variety of systems, locations, and cultures.
• You will be responsible for delivering solutions successfully on-time, adhering to high-quality development principles, and facilitating growth and improvement within the team. At the same time, this role is very hands-on and requires involvement in the development and architecture of our software products.

Our requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the software development field
• 3+ years of experience leading a team of diverse software engineers
• Development background in either Go, Python, or C/C++
• Excellent architectural skills
• Experience with modern deployment systems (Docker, Kubernetes etc.)
• Experience working in a fast-paced software company
• A product-minded, revenue-focused technology executive with a proven track record of leading development on reliable products that deliver real value to enterprise customers
• Experienced with agile management practices
• Experience in complex system software development environments
• Excellent understanding of operating systems and the DevOps process
• Understanding of and interest in software supply chain protection
• Excellent Linux skills
