Your responsibilities

• Participate in Service sales projects focusing on Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA) and O&M scope for PV and BESS Projects, overseeing operational tasks and tracking revenue targets.
• Prepare bidding materials and oversee activities such as proposal compilation, tender responses, clarification meetings, and capability presentations. Provide support during commercial negotiations and confirm project implementation interfaces, while organizing resources for implementation and maintenance. Focus on pre-sales support through operational activities.
• Prepare Service Quotations and Internal review materials.
• Analysis of PV and ESS services market, Service sales planning and establishing service sales target and strategy.
• Acquiring new partners and subcontractors to improve the services competitiveness and improve the services scope
• Internal management and risk analysis of the offered services
• Direct Communication with all Sales Project stakeholders.

Our requirements

• Preferred university degree in engineering; degrees in finance, business, or relevant fields will also be considered.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level.
• Soft skills: Achievement-driven, negotiation, strong communication with key customers and partners, mathematical and analytical skills, forward-thinking, information sharing, effective communication, and teamwork.
• Basic knowledge of the energy market, PV, or BESS is required.
• Knowledge of LTSA and O&M for the PV or BESS market would be an asset.
• Experience in preparing quotations and bidding documents is advantageous.
• Ability to delve into bidding documents and prepare service offers and solutions.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Chinese would be an asset.
