Your responsibilities

• Office management and administrative support.
• Building stable relationships with customers, with a strong focus on long-term partnerships with distributors. Understanding the profile of each distributor and developing differentiated, comprehensive competitive advantages.
• Interaction with distributors: identifying and analyzing their needs, supporting sales growth, and creating conditions for turnover (e.g. product presentations, marketing campaigns).
• Clear understanding of the regional market and business development opportunities.
• Support in organizing events, promoting global initiatives, and coordinating team meetings.
• Assistance in obtaining necessary documentation in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• Supporting financial procedures: scanning invoices, reviewing supplier requests, checking for discrepancies, working with suppliers to provide missing documents, maintaining document flow logs, and tracking missing advance reports.
• HR support: collecting, scanning, and submitting vacation requests; distributing and collecting HR documentation; submitting sick leave certificates for signature.

Our requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business management,
• Strong multitasking skills and solution-oriented mindset,
• High attention to detail,
• Polish – native; English – intermediate; Russian – an asset,
• Valid documentation allowing legal work within the European Union (e.g. work permit, visa).
