Your responsibilities

  • Customer Service Specialist works with clients and their applicants to facilitate accuracy and timely resolution to their requests. Individuals in this role respond to inquiries via phone, e-mail or instant chat. Our customers are global leaders in their fields, whether it be social media, financial services, pharmaceuticals, health providers, recruitment, entertainment, digital, IT, transport and many more.

  • Great communicator who speaks English fluently and listens to and understands our customers
  • Team player with a genuine passion for delivering amazing customer service,
  • Fast-paced learner who enjoys variety and can embrace change,
  • Able to deliver excellent customer experience,
  • Self-starter who wants to be challenged to become high achievers,
  • Talented at making customers feel special on the phone, in the way they talk and the way they listen,
  • Showing commitment to our customers, our business, and our ongoing success,
  • Available shifts: 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, 1pm-9pm, 2pm-10pm.
