Your responsibilities

• Supervision of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
• Conducting quality inspections and internal audits
• Analyzing quality control results and identifying non-conformities
• Developing and implementing quality assurance procedures
• Collaborating with production and other departments on quality-related issues
• Training employees in quality control procedures
• Monitoring and reporting key quality indicators

Our requirements

• Higher technical education (preferred majors: production engineering, mechanics, electronics, chemistry, quality management) or secondary technical education with relevant experience
• Experience in a similar quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of quality standards and norms
• Ability to conduct audits and perform data analysis
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good command of English (spoken and written) for effective communication with management and clients
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Well-organized and able to work independently
• Team player with a proactive attitude
