Your responsibilities

  • Board calendar management – coordination of appointments, meetings, and events
  • General executive assistance – handling correspondence, preparing documents, and supporting daily operations
  • Meeting documentation – preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points
  • Townhall support – assisting in the preparation and execution of internal events
  • Workshop preparation – coordinating materials, logistics, and schedules
  • Employees Survey support – assisting in the analysis and presentation of results
  • Project assistance – supporting Executive Board projects in the areas of strategy, communications, and change initiatives

Our requirements

  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) – C1 level or higher
  • Experience in supporting Senior Executives or Board Members (preferably in an international environment)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office and modern collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Readiness for occasional business travel to Germany
