Your responsibilities

• Day to day management of the VAN THORN showroom in Warsaw
• Provide expert styling and wardrobe consulting for men’s made-to-measure garments, including for English-speaking clients
• Conduct accurate measurements and fittings and communicate necessary tailoring adjustments
• Curate complete looks by selecting complementary accessories
• Foster and maintain relationships with loyal clients through attentive service and follow-up
• Actively network and acquire new clients outside of the showroom, cultivating lasting partnerships
• Liaise with fabric suppliers and service partners to ensure premium product quality and timely delivery

Our requirements

• Proven track record (minimum several years) in premium customer service or fashion retail or luxury menswear sector
• Genuine passion for classic and contemporary men’s style; confident in advising on capsule wardrobe styling
• Highly self-motivated and accountable, with excellent organizational skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Exceptional taste and the ability to guide clients toward style decisions that reflect their personality and needs
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people and nurture long-term relationships
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Fluent or highly proficient in English (minimum B1–B2 level)
• Polished personal presentation and a high standard of professional etiquette
• You don't need to know how to take measurements. We will teach it.
