Your responsibilities

• Execute and oversee the end-to-end process of payment transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with vendors and financial institutions to facilitate smooth payment processes, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
• Stay updated on payment regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to industry standards and internal policies.
• Identify opportunities for streamlining payment processes and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Address inquiries and concerns related to payments from both internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of payment processes and alignment with organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of payment procedures, protocols, and any changes implemented.

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Good command of English (min. B2)
• SAP knowledge required
• Proven experience in payment processing.
• Knowledge of relevant payment regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
