Your responsibilities

• Create and maintain batch and real-time data pipelines within central enterprise data platform.
• Build infrastructure for data extraction, transformation and loading from various sources using SQL and AWS 'big data' technologies.
• Ensure that all data provided by the data platform meets high-quality standards and is delivered in a timely manner according to agreed SLAs.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including data architects, executives, product owners, and IT team members, throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and implement internal process improvements, such as automation and optimization, to enhance efficiency and scalability of the data platform.
• Member of Scrum self organizing team.

Our requirements

• Advanced SQL knowledge.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Proficient in AWS data services - S3, Athena, EC2, RedShift, EMR, AWS Batch and Lambda.
• Proficient in ELT development using and Airflow.
• Excellent understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modelling techniques, mainly Kimball Dimensional Modelling techniques.
• Open to continuous learning individually and with the Team.
• Team player with a hands-on approach and attitude.
• With strong sense of ownership and accountability for its work and impact on business.
• English at least at a communicative level (Polish-speaking team in the company)

Optional

• Knowledge of Spark, DBT.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker/Kubernetes
