Twój zakres obowiązków

• Validating customer & license master data from finance / accounting perspective
• Invoicing of consultancy hours based on projects set up (including Intercompany) & licenses agreements
• Reconciling customers’ accounts
• Monitoring of unapplied cash receipts
• Creating and sending reminders / collection letters to customers for overdue payments
• Handling tickets from AR / OtC / License in internal ticketing system daily
• Supporting audit process, Business Finance Partners and other accounting towers in their duties as needed
• Managing provisions for losses on receivables together with Local Finance Business Partners
• Participating in standardization & automation in internal projects

Nasze wymagania

• Min. 5 years of experience in Order to Cash / Accounts Receivable
• Proven knowledge of accounting, especially in AR’s / OtC’s area
• Preferably prior experience working within multinational (Scandinavian companies) or SSC organizations
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• University degree, preferably in accounting or economics
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is an advantage
• Location: Warsaw
