Your responsibilities

  • Sales Ownership
  • • Build and manage your own sales pipeline using Pipedrive and Apollo.
  • • Identify, reach out, and engage with ideal client profiles.
  • • Pitch our personality tests and HR platform to HR leaders, decision-makers, and partners.
  • Market Development
  • • Own the Polish market – test new sales hypotheses, iterate on go-to-market strategy, and gather insights from prospects.
  • • Identify new market segments and support potential expansion into English-speaking regions if Poland proves unviable.
  • Process & Strategy
  • • Set up scalable outbound processes and propose tools, cadences, and automations using AI tools and Apollo.
  • • Localize messaging, create feedback loops, and suggest improvements to our product-market fit.
  • • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align growth initiatives.
  • Partnerships
  • • Help identify and build relationships with potential local recruitment agencies or HR tech resellers as strategic partners.
  • • Contribute to onboarding potential integration partners like Traffit and explore future collaborations.

Our requirements

  • • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in HR tech, SaaS, or related fields.
  • • Comfortable working independently and setting up outbound sales from scratch.
  • • Strong interest in psychology, HR, and assessments – curiosity is key.
  • • Familiarity with Pipedrive, Apollo, and AI-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, copy generators).
  • • Analytical mindset – ability to create, test, and refine hypotheses.
  • • High adaptability and open-mindedness: if Poland doesn’t scale, we pivot.
  • • Fluency in Polish and English.

Optional

  • • Experience working with or selling to HR or Talent Acquisition teams.
  • • Previous success launching a product in a new market.
  • • Familiarity with the competitive landscape in psychometric tools in Poland.
