Your responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between DHL, customer sites, global logistics teams, vendors, and carriers to ensure smooth and effective transport coordination;
• Reduce costs and enhance efficiency by selecting the most suitable carrier for each shipment;
• Ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipments are delivered on time according to agreed schedules;
• Monitor transport execution and manage urgent or time-sensitive shipments as needed.

Our requirements

• Professionals with operational experience in transport management - road, sea, air, or rail (experience in multiple areas is a strong plus),
• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Hands-on experience in coordinating transportation and working with carriers.
• Knowledge on OTM (an advantage),
