Your responsibilities

• We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment/ IT equipment. As a result, our office is equipped with a vast array of equipment, making you feel almost at home.
• Tasks:
• - Provide technical support to equipment users.
• - Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• - Providing information on products and their functionality.
• - Entering requests into the system.
• We are starting 04.08.2025.

Our requirements

• Very good command of German,
• Good command of English,
• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
• Communicativeness, willingness to learn.
• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
• Availability for a minimum of 120 hrs per month.

What we offer

• Civil contract with a rate of PLN 50,00 gross/hour.

• If you are relocating to Warsaw from another country or city in Poland, we provide you: 1. Flights/transportation to Warsaw,2. Accommodation for the first month, 3. 4000 PLN gross relocation bonus, 4. Full support from a buddy who will help you find your feet in Poland/Warsaw.

• The possibility of arranging a convenient collaboration schedule; the project operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 - 18:00, and Saturday, 10:00 - 16:00.

• Remote collaborating - will be possible after 3 months, when you achieve and stabilize good results, and your supervisor agrees,
