About the project

• As an MS CRM Developer, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution undergoing a large-scale digital transformation. The project involves designing, customizing, and optimizing solutions within Dynamics 365 for Sales to enhance customer engagement and internal efficiency. You will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from backlog grooming to code delivery, and play an active role in production releases. Working in a collaborative Agile environment, you’ll ensure technical excellence through code reviews, documentation, and continuous integration practices.

Your responsibilities

• Participating in backlog grooming to prepare tasks for upcoming sprints
• Conducting code and build quality reviews to ensure development standards
• Creating technical documentation for developed features and solutions
• Participating in daily stand-ups and supporting the team in unblocking tasks
• Developing solutions using Power Platform, including Canvas Apps and Pages
• Customizing CRM functionality based on interpreted business requirements
• Building PCF controls and integrating with external services via Azure
• Writing and maintaining unit tests using frameworks such as NUnit and Moq
• Working with GIT and Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD

Our requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 for Sales implementations
• Completed at least 3 full lifecycle implementations
• Hands-on experience with CRM SDK and programmatic CRM integration
• Strong C# and JavaScript programming skills
• Experience with .NET Framework (4.6.2)
• Practical knowledge of Azure Functions, App Insights, and Azure Service Bus
• Experience with Power Platform tools and Canvas App development
• Ability to customize Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements
• Familiarity with writing unit tests using tools like FakeXrmEasy or Moq
• Experience using GIT for version control and working in Agile teams

Optional

• Experience using front-end frameworks like ReactJS or AngularJS
• Familiarity with Azure App Services and storage technologies
• Understanding of messaging platforms such as MQ Series
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and publish-subscribe patterns
• Awareness of SOLID principles and design patterns
• Understanding of authentication protocols like OAuth 2.0
• Experience using logging frameworks such as Serilog
• Experience in breaking down solution designs into technical deliverables
• Experience reviewing pull requests and mentoring developers
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
