Your responsibilities

• Manage a team up to 15 persons,
• Prioritize and process daily business requirements with regards to relevant accounting process,
• Coordinate and actively contribute to the performance of the team,
• Understand and challenge the accounting processes in scope,
• Monitor performance of the team, including design and measurement of relevant KPIs and target levels,
• Maintain good relations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective leadership and providing high quality of service,
• Participate in special projects and activities as assigned by Process Manager,
• Identify process improvement and standardization opportunities, and support implementation process,
• Close and daily cooperation with all team members,

Our requirements

• Education: University degree in economics / finance with major in Accounting or equivalent (preferably)
• Experience: at least 4 years of experience in working in finance & accounting (preferably in SSC) and 1+ year of experience in leading a team
• Experience in OTC process
• Good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of SAP or similar ERP or accounting software
• Excellent organization, problem solving & attention to details skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Goal-driven team management skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work with other cultures
• Willingness to undertake new challenges
