Your responsibilities

  • Design and implement new services, solutions and offer dedicated for Health vertical (healthcare, medtech, specialized day care)
  • Own, develop and manage P&L growth within the veritcal
  • Develop international business and sales focused on health vertical
  • Generate new business opportunities through active acquisition of leads and identification of client needs
  • Own, develop and manage pipeline within the health veritcal
  • Work closely with other departments in order to customise offers
  • Deep know-how supporting company growth in healthcare and medtech advanced industry expertise – content leader for vertical
  • Supervise formal, financial and legal aspects of cooperation with foreign and Polish clients
  • Report results regularly, both qualitatively and quantitatively
  • Stay up to date on vertical know-how, trends and best practices, share knowledge within the company
  • Coordinate implementation of new projects and manage proper business development
  • Represent company at sales meetings and business conferences worldwide

Our requirements

  • 3-years+ work experience in a manager position in healthcare / patientcare / medtech business with international coverage : inhouse operational patient service or specialized healthcare outsourcing services provider or medtech company
  • Fluency in oral and written English (C1/C2) and Polish (C1/C2)
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and/or advisory especially in the field of compliance solutions and/or new technologies in a health industry
  • Degree qualified
  • Fluency in MS Office
  • Ability to partner vertical clients as a value-creating advisor
  • Pro-active, results-oriented, quality-oriented
  • Maturity and high business awareness
  • High level of autonomy and self-discipline

Optional

  • Knowledge of other language at C1/C2 level is nice to have
