Your responsibilities

• Oversee the recording, reconciliation, and settlement of intercompany transactions across business segments and legal entities.
• Prepare and review intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
• Support consolidated financial statement preparation.
• Maintain working knowledge of RTR as they related to Intercompany end-to-end process and ensure compliance.
• Produce KPI’s related to Intercompany activities, Ad hoc reporting and manage Ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Monitor and resolve posting errors.
• Identify and implement process improvements for intercompany workflows.
• Work closely with global finance teams, tax, treasury, and other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve transparency.
• Assist in any audit requests.

Our requirements

• Extensive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in intercompany.
• Experience in managing cross-border teams.
• Experience in accounting/finance operations in a shared-service or GBS model.
• Sound knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and SOX
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in managing multiple projects at one time, and strong data analytics skills.
• Willingness to work 3 days per week from the Poznań office (flexible working hours)

Optional

• Experience with HFM and large ERP systems (e.g. JDE, SAP, etc) as well as Power BI and Blackline
• Experience with automation tools or continuous improvement initiatives in accounting processes
