About the project

• We are looking for a highly motivated Product Analyst  (Junior‑Mid) to join our Product Team. See if you fit into our diverse and dynamic environment, where we constantly evolve together with the growth of our clients.

Your responsibilities

• Work with Synerise ever-evolving data platform, enhanced by AI.
• Support product decision-making and prioritization of the roadmap with data-driven insights.
• Analyze customer behavior on the platform, feature and product usage, and profitability.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends and perform competitive benchmarking.
• Set and track key productivity indicators to detect obstacles in the product development process and suggest enhancements.
• Support Product Team in gathering and writing product documetation and requirements.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards (internal BI, Excel, Notebooks) for product team.
• Deliver concise reports that blend quantitative data with qualitative research.
• Cooperate with Product Managers, Developers, Customer Support and the UX Team.

Our requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in product, e-commerce/retail or data analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex data and extract actionable insights.
• The ability to infer and synthesize data, combining quantitative data with qualitative insights.
• Good knowledge of product analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• At least basic SQL skills.
• Motivation to develop yourself and acquire new knowledge, specifically in a product management field.

Optional

• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Working knowledge of Python/R and experience with working with Notebooks (e.g. Jupyter) and data visualization tools.
• Experience with using API.
• Experience with technical documentation.
• Familiarity with statistics (confidence intervals, significance testing, AB testing).
• Experience with Synerise or comparable CDP/marketing automation/BI tools.
