Your responsibilities

• Design and layout of PV plants based on terrain, soil, and load studies
• Review and validate structural calculations provided by manufacturers
• Optimize the design and placement of mounting structures
• Collaborate with structural system suppliers and manufacturers
• Evaluate and qualify new structure providers
• Supervise on-site installation works to ensure quality and compliance
• Prepare technical documentation for permitting and execution phases

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Electrical Engineering
• 1–5 years of experience in structural design, ideally in the PV sector
• Strong understanding of structural calculations and design principles
• Proficient in AutoCAD, and ideally familiar with PVcase, Dlubal RFEM/RSTAB, Inventor, or SCIA
• Fluent in English, with good communication skills; Polish is a plus
• Flexible and collaborative mindset, with a hands-on attitude
• Willingness to travel within Poland as needed
• Possession of “Uprawnienia budowlane w specjalności konstrukcyjno-budowlanej” is a strong advantage

• We are looking for a passionate and skilled Photovoltaic Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on structural analysis and design to join our growing team in Poznań. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of ground-mounted PV systems by delivering high-quality designs, structural calculations, and documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring technical excellence and compliance with Eurocode and local Polish regulations.
