Your responsibilities

• Contact with clients via phone and email
• Overseeing guests’ reservations
• Administrative tasks in all VISIONAPARTMENTS locations
• Work with VMS system (after training)
• Supervising cameras in our locations and taking further actions if needed (only Nightshift)

Our requirements

• Fluent English (at least B2 level). Any additional language would be an asset (especially German or French)
• Strong customer focus, developed time management and organizational skills
• Accuracy, reliability, responsibility and flexibility
• Ability to work under pressure and to effectively handle multiple, concurrent tasks
• Flexibility, availability at least 60-80 h per month
