Your responsibilities

• Processing and controlling the warranty claims
• Creating and optimizing the SAP warranty check
• Processing and monitoring of the guarantee and quality data
• SAP Model master / Customer master setup and maintenance
• Controlling costs
• Being first line support for Horizon issues
• Managing daily credit limit
• Arranging stock disposal

Our requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience (field service, after-sales service)
• Technical and analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Service orientation
• Advanced knowledge of English is a must
• Availability to come to the office

Optional

• Good knowledge of SAP
