About the project

• We are seeking two Full Stack Developers with strong .NET and React.js skills to join a cross-functional team delivering innovative changes to both new and existing products in the charity sector. The team works across web, mobile, and database technologies to create impactful digital solutions.
• These are hands-on technical roles involving application development, data management systems, and integration with various databases. You will work closely with business analysts, product owners, and developers to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions that directly support the organisation’s mission.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing applications using .NET, ASP.NET MVC, and React.js
• Develop a data management system using CKAN (or similar) and Python
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions architectures
• Research and recommend technology solutions aligned with business needs
• Work with relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, MongoDB, SQLite, MarkLogic)
• Participate in peer reviews, agile ceremonies, and backlog refinement
• Ensure best-practice development and release procedures are followed
• Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation

Our requirements

• 4+ years of commercial software development experience (.NET and React)
• Strong .NET development skills (4.8 up to .NET 8)
• Hands-on experience with React.js and jQuery
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
• Fluency in Polish and an advanced level of English (B2/C1)

Optional

• Experience with Python in data management system development
• Data management system experience using CKAN (or similar)
• WordPress development experience
• Knowledge of document-oriented databases (MongoDB, MarkLogic)
• Experience with SQL Server and other RDBMS
