Your responsibilities

• ​​ Customer Experience Data Analyst, Reporting by implementing: VBA, PBI.
• ​Process Automation: Develop and maintain VBA scripts and macros to automate routine tasks within the Customer Operation, cost simulation and performance reporting.
• ​Data Visualization: Create interactive and informative dashboards or reports to communicate key supply chain metrics and insights to stakeholders.
• ​Integrating new customers and channels into existing processes in close alignment with CD.
• ​Evaluating cost to serve efficiency and cost, especially inefficiencies from ordering behavior.
• ​Using customer insights and data analytics to propose and drive improvements​.

Our requirements

• Experiences & Qualifications
• • A minimum of 2 years of experience in go to market supply chain functions as data analyst or IT functions.
• • Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office (including VBA, PBI, PPT).
• • English language - minimum B2 level as a must.
• • Knowledge of Python and API as an advantage.
