Your responsibilities

  • Step into a pivotal role as one of the first pre-sales specialists dedicated to the DACH region. Help establish SINGU’s presence in this strategic market and take part in shaping our regional go-to-market approach from the ground up.

Our requirements

  • 💼 Proven Experience in SaaS Sales or Product Marketing
  • You bring at least 2 years of experience in SaaS sales (ideally in pre-sales) and/or a product marketing role. You’re confident navigating B2B environments, crafting compelling value propositions, and aligning product capabilities with customer needs.
  • 🗣️ Fluent in English & German
  • You communicate with ease in both English and German at a C1 level—internally and with clients across international markets.
  • 🧩 Strong Communication & Relationship Skills
  • You’re a clear communicator and confident negotiator, able to build long-term relationships and guide prospects throughout the sales journey.
  • 📊 Analytical & Customer-Centric Approach
  • You use data to drive decisions, generate leads, and shape customer-centric presentations that resonate and convert.
  • 🚀 Entrepreneurial Drive & Ownership
  • You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative. You thrive in fast-paced environments and own the sales process end-to-end.
  • 🛠️ CRM & Presentation Tool Proficiency
  • You’re familiar with CRM systems, presentation tools like PowerPoint, and other technologies that support effective pre-sales engagement.

What we offer

  • We offer a net monthly rate of 11,000 – 14,000 PLN on a B2B contract. Prefer an employment contract (Umowa o Pracę)? That’s also possible — this range reflects the equivalent of total employer costs.
