About the project

• As a Senior Full Stack Developer you will be working for our client, a leading provider of infrastructure services for financial centers in Europe. The project focuses on building and optimizing custom cloud-based applications that ensure smooth financial and informational flows between market participants.
• Your work will directly contribute to the development of secure, scalable systems using modern
• technology stacks. You will collaborate with internal customers, support junior team members, and play a key role in shaping full stack architecture to meet both current and future business needs.
• Hybrid model from Warsaw office - 3 days per week

Your responsibilities

• Lead the development of fullstack cloud-based applications using Java, Angular, and TypeScript
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and adapt technical solutions
• Design and implement scalable microservices-based architectures
• Ensure application reliability through automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Develop and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Azure Cloud
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers
• Optimize application performance and user experience across platforms
• Integrate APIs and external systems with strong focus on security and compliance
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
• Document technical solutions and ensure knowledge sharing across the team

Our requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in fullstack development with Java, Angular, Spring Boot, and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), infrastructure as code, and Azure Cloud
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, build automation, and continuous integration tools
• Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices
• Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g. Java, Go, React)
• Ability to design and manage databases, including schema design and optimization
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated self-discipline, initiative, and motivation in team environments
• A university degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, with the ability to work in international teams
