About the project

  • We're hiring on behalf of an innovative European tech company that’s transforming how frontline teams across 150+ countries connect, collaborate, and get work done—without relying on traditional communication channels like email. Their mission is to empower businesses to unlock productivity and engagement through modern, adaptable digital tools.
  • As a Product Operations Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. Your mission: make product development smoother, smarter, and more impactful. From running high-leverage rituals to coordinating complex initiatives, you’ll ensure everything flows — from roadmap updates to release delivery. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the product org, while embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stack: B2B SaaS product management and analytics tools
  • Working model: Hybrid from Krakow (2x weekly from the office) - open to negotiate fully remotely
  • Location: Krakow, al. 29 listopada

Your responsibilities

  • Run the product operating system
  • • Design and lead shared rituals, cadences, and templates to let PMs focus on building, not coordinating.
  • • Maintain up-to-date, visible, and consistent product roadmaps; ensure alignment with Sales, CS, and Marketing.
  • • Clean and organize tooling; define clear metrics that drive prioritization.
  • • Administer the product-tool stack, monitor KPIs like NPS and adoption, and build dashboards that tell the full story.
  • Orchestrate strategic product initiatives
  • • Manage end-to-end project delivery for complex product programs — from scoping to execution.
  • • Partner with other Ops teams (e.g., EngOps, RevOps) to ensure smooth integration into company-wide rhythms.
  • Champion a customer-feedback flywheel
  • • Create scalable systems for collecting and routing feedback across CS, Support, and Product.
  • • Feed insights into planning processes and ensure customer-facing teams are kept in the loop.
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • • Facilitate retrospectives and evaluate the ROI of process changes.
  • • Share data-informed recommendations to improve product delivery speed and quality.

Our requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-team initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Skilled at turning product data into actionable priorities.
  • Experienced in configuring product tools and maintaining process hygiene.
  • Able to build playbooks and implement lightweight yet effective workflows.
  • Exceptional communicator with fluent written/spoken English.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity; brings structure to fast-paced environments.

Optional

  • Experience scaling Product Ops from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with automation tools or BI (SQL, low-/no-code).
  • German proficiency (B2 level or higher).
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields (optional but appreciated).
