Your responsibilities

• End to end responsibility for innovation pipeline and NPD project management
• Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of R&D projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and objectives are met
• Leading the development of new products or the enhancement of existing ones by fostering innovation and creative problem-solving within the team.
• Ensuring that R&D initiatives align with market trends, customer needs, and the company’s strategic goals including nutritional and functional properties
• Collaborating with product development teams to create prototypes, run trials, and optimize products before commercialization.
• Ensuring that all R&D activities comply with relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Managing R&D department (6 Technologists)

Our requirements

• University degree
• Strong technical background focusing on ingredients, processes, quality management and novel food technology opportunities
• Practical knowledge of change management and NPD processes execution from concept to launch as well as proven track of project management and developing food products – min 5 years of managerial experience
• Managing technical staff (Technologists)
• Outstanding leadership skills with potential for further growth
• Ability to communicate with different departments and stakeholders (Marketing, Procurement, Sales, other R&D centers)
• Proactive and positive attitude, ability to work in dynamic and changing environment
• Fluent Polish & English
