Your responsibilities

• Creating integrated long-term Away from Home strategy for the Polish Business Unit - product development, marketing & sales, budget and team management;
• Executing launches of new products based on long-term plans;
• Translating long-term strategy into annual operational plans both in area of marketing and sales including setting and monitoring KPI’s for the Away from Home Team;
• Planning activations based on the annual plans in accordance with the yearly budget in order to deliver it;
• Delivering sales plans in respective channels (both quantitative and qualitative way);
• Negotiating optimal trade conditions with respective customers;
• Managing main customers in Away from Home business and building relationships with key stakeholders ensuring Joint Value Plans are in place;
• Networking within industry in order to secure all business opportunities;
• Cooperation with peers from EMEA zone across different functions;
• Working closely with other business units to expand cross selling opportunities;
• Leading and motivating the Away from Home sales & marketing team through effective guidance and mentoring.

Our requirements

• University degree (preferred in: management, marketing, economics or similar);
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a sales positions preferably in FMCG sector;
• Working with internal international structure – preferably EU zone;
• Strong managerial skills (total team up to 15 people);
• Very good knowledge of Polish FMCG (experience with Away from Home / HoReCa market will be a plus);
• Very good computer skills (MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint);
• Excellent numerical and verbal skills;
• Very good negotiation, budget management and strong analytical thinking skills;
• Team player and team leader;
• Highly motivated, opened to change and able to work under the time pressure;
• Very good knowledge of English.
