Your responsibilities

  • serving as the first point of contact for customers,
  • providing customers with information on product prices and availability,
  • timely and accurate processing of orders and customer complaints,
  • maintaining accurate customer records in appropriate systems (e.g., SAP, CRM),
  • monitor order status and proactively inform customers about updates,
  • close collaboration with other teams to solve customer problems and ensure smooth service delivery,
  • analysing processes and proposing improvements,
  • actively participating in projects and implementing new initiatives.

Employer requirements

  • first experience in customer service or willingness to gain it,
  • advanced knowledge of Dutch, Turkish, Swedish, French, German, Ukrainian or Russian (min. B2/C1),
  • advanced knowledge of Polish (min. B2),
  • communicative knowledge of English (min. B1/B2),
  • very good communication and cooperation skills,
  • good organizational and time management skills,
  • strong customer orientation.

Optional

  • knowledge of SAP will be a plus.
