Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT security strategies and policies in line with Group standards.
• Monitor compliance with security policies and support internal audits and risk management processes.
• Coordinate responses to security incidents, disasters, and crisis situations.
• Oversee security operations and supervise local IT security teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments (IT, Risk Management, Internal Audit) and external partners.
• Manage security aspects of cloud adoption and emerging technologies.
• Maintain and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Report on the cybersecurity posture to BU IT Head and Technology Committees.

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 year of experience in a similar role.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP (ISC2), CISM (ISACA), CISSM, CISRM, ISO 27001, ISO 27002, NIST CSF.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Security governance and risk management,
• Regulatory compliance and legal frameworks,
• Security policy and procedure development,
• Business continuity planning,
• Project implementation in organizational settings.
• Familiarity with security tools (e.g., firewalls, antivirus, monitoring systems).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions and act effectively in crisis situations.
