About the project

• TIPS is a technical team supporting D&S Content Operations. We manage systems and processes where structured content is written, stored, managed, and published. The team participates in projects where we design channels, systems, methods, and frameworks for the technical information creation and publishing process.
• As a Systems Analyst, you will cooperate daily with users, developers, admins, and business stakeholders to meet business needs by driving systems development.

Your responsibilities

• Co-ownership of several internal applications, publishing, and translation pipelines within D&S.
• Support daily business operations by troubleshooting systems, supporting users, participating in meetings with vendors or developers, and driving the agile development process.
• Serve as an SME in joint projects with other IT functions to develop systems operations and capabilities.
• Co-own stylesheets, localization, and translation pipelines within the Tridion Docs CMS application.
• Drive the self-learning and technical understanding of the content solutions used in Electrolux and in industry in general.

Our requirements

• Experienced in one or more of the following roles: Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, Technical Writer, or Systems Administrator.
• Familiar with XML, DITA, databases, APIs, client-server applications, content management systems (CMS), and CSS.
• Knowledge of Tridion Docs or another Component Content Management System (CCMS) for structured XML content is an asset.
• Skilled in business process modeling with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Comfortable working within Agile development frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban (asset).
• Hands-on experience with tools such as: Monday.com or other workforce management (WFM) platforms; Make.com, Microsoft Power Automate, or Power Apps (asset)
• Fluent in English
