Your responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and publish production plans for a 48-hour horizon to ensure high delivery performance to customers.
• Define lead times and delivery dates for customer orders within 24 hours.
• Provide excellent service to customers through regular communication and feedback on reported issues.
• Manage forecasts and master production schedules in line with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) line rates provided by the European S&OP Team.
• Plan and distribute job orders to the shop floor, supporting the published production plan.
• Ensure accurate parameterization of the system to optimize planning performance.
• Report on your work progress and indicators to your supervisor.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor with care and within given timelines according to applicable procedures.

Our requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning or a similar position in an international company.
• Fluency in Polish (both written and verbal)
• Communicative English skills (speaking and writing).
• Excellent numerical and literacy skills.
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Familiarity with S&OP processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
