Your responsibilities

• Work with Marketing Manager, Central Europe & East Balkans Country Manager and our distributor’ team to build annual plans for our brands across Central Europe markets
• Undertake business travel to countries within the designated scope, specifically the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
• Prepare standards of execution in POS for your markets
• Customize & create the POSM tools relevant for local markets
• Ensure delivering excellent execution & post-evaluation of our plans in POS, both Off Trade and On Trade, by distributor’s team
• Support teams in executing brands’ experiential activities
• Prepare market & sales data analysis
• Deliver annual brands’ targets
• Manage Marketing Budget in your markets

Our requirements

• 4+ years of marketing experience in progressive roles in or Customer/Trade marketing, ideally both Off and On Trade
• Experience in leading marketing projects
• Experience in brand performance and marketing budget management
• Ability to prepare meaningful presentations
• Fluent English spoken and written
• Strong communication skills & ability to influence stakeholder and partners
• Ability to build strong relations with partners
• Well organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Status quo challenger, open-minded, out -of -the box thinker, creative solution finder
