Twój zakres obowiązków

• Provide exceptional written customer support via email for the German market, with minimal call volume.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing past interactions and utilizing internal tools.
• Process manual refunds and address GDPR-related complaints with care and precision.
• Ensure that every customer interaction is professional, empathetic, and solution-focused.
• Navigate multiple systems with efficiency while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Nasze wymagania

• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2+), both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience.
• Typing speed of 150+ keystrokes per minute and proficient computer literacy.
• Availability for full-time on-site work in Szczecin.
