Good marketing plays a significant role in the success of any product. To take the advertising and promotional materials for AIBY products to the next level, we're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team.

What you will do:

• Create static promo materials to promote mobile apps in social and advertising networks (banners, guides, email and push notification campaigns, etc.)
• Cooperate with the User Acquisition team
• Create landings
• Generate ideas for marketing banners designs

What you should have:

• At least 2 years of experience in the marketing design for social and advertising networks
• A high-quality portfolio with promotional materials for mobile applications and games
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Figma (Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe After Effects, and Cinema 4d will be a plus)
• Hands-on experience with Midjourney and other AI-based image generation tools
• Understanding of the specifics of online advertising materials
• Understanding and practical application of key artistic principles in design (color theory, composition)
• Good taste & sense of beauty, curiosity & knowledge of trends in consumer mobile app industry and online advertising
• Knowledge of Russian - fluent enough for confident daily communication (both speaking and writing skills)
• Ability to estimate and meet deadlines
