What will you actually do?

• Use our internal CRM system and dial from our web-based work phones (your computer is your command center).
• Call from our pre-vetted database—no need to hunt for leads.
• Follow our ready-made script (or, better yet, improve it with your psychological wizardry).
• Adapt, persuade, and get into the minds of our potential clients to sell our industry-leading engineering services.
• Work exclusively in English with clients (your English accent should make the Queen jealous).
• Internal communication is in Polish and English, so bonus points if you can switch between them without breaking a sweat.

Requirements

• Ambitious and psychologically savvy: You understand that buyers are just a bundle of emotions and you love to pull the right strings.
• Persuasive: You could sell a ketchup popsicle to a woman in white gloves.
• Honest and dedicated: We don’t do micromanagement. If you’re committed and transparent, we’ll keep you happy.
• Fluent in English(Polish helps for internal stuff, but the phone calls are 100% English).
• Driven by money: Let’s not pretend—great salespeople want to make serious cash. We reward results, period.
• Have knowledge of industry: your familiarity of construction processes & MEP is a huge plus.

We offer

• 8,000 PLN netto for one month of full-time calling.
• +2,500 PLN bonus for every client you help us win.
• Your earnings are limited only by your persuasive powers and your phone bill (just kidding, we cover that).
