• issuing invoices,
• order processing,
• monitoring and logging order issues,
• completing and processing appropriate documentation,
• building long-term relationships with customers,
• performing financial settlements,
• checking and verifying the correctness of data in the SAP system,
• support in daily communication between the organization, suppliers and customers.

• professional experience in a similar position,
• customer service skills,
• financial or administrative education,
• very good knowledge of German and English (min. B2),
• good knowledge of SAP,
