Car Parts Warehouse in Kraków

We are hiring workers from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Belarus, Colombia, and other countries!

Job Description:

The job is very simple – you will walk around the warehouse with a scanner. The scanner shows the order and the location of the item. You pick the item from the shelf, put it in a cart (just like in a supermarket), and deliver it to the packing line. Then you move on to the next order.

Work Schedule:

• First day – introduction training from 08:00 to 16:00.

• After that – work in three shifts with weekly rotation:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00 (overtime available until 16:00, 17:00, or 18:00).

• Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00 (overtime available from 10:00, 11:00, or 12:00 until 22:00).

• Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00 (overtime available from 20:00 to 06:00).

• Overtime is mandatory after the training week.

• For each full week of work on the night shift – additional 150 PLN net bonus.

Saturdays:

• Mandatory work on two Saturdays per month (you choose which ones).

• The manager may assign one mandatory Saturday once every three months.

Overtime:

• After three days of work, you may work 10 hours or more (overtime available for everyone).

Pay Rates (net per hour):

• 260+ hours/month – 25.20 PLN/hour.

• 221–259 hours/month – 24.00 PLN/hour.

• Less than 221 hours/month – 22.50 PLN/hour.

• For students – 30.50 PLN/hour + 100 PLN bonus for 260+ hours.

Accommodation:

• 550 or 600 PLN/month – company dormitory (2–3 people per room, depending on the location).

• If you have your own accommodation – extra 300 PLN/month (if you work at least 200 hours).

Requirements:

• Motivation to work.

• Willingness to learn.

• No experience required.

• No Polish language required.

• Valid residence card, visa, or biometric passport (minimum validity 2.5 months).
