We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as an AR Junior Accountant with English.

The Accounts Receivable Accountant performs O2C activities for the newly established Business Service Organization in Wrocław, Poland. They will be responsible for Collections & Billing Management, Cash Application as well as proposing and driving the most effective and efficient ways of working through process standardization and optimalization.

Junior O2C Accountant will be responsible for the respective country or number of countries / clusters in the EMEA region.

Your new role:

• Contacting the customer regarding past-due items

• Reviewing the list of blocked orders and taking appropriate actions

• Processing: Cash Allocation, Dispute Management, Deduction Managment

• Applying customer payments to invoices and accounts.

• Managing customer inquiries or disputes

• Preparation, creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

What you'll need to succeed:

• Processing in ERPs (SAP) would be an asset.

• 1–2 years of experience in OTC or another area of accounting would be a strong advantage.

• Fluent in English and Polish (advanced working proficiency required) / knowledge of other European languages is a plus.

• A Bachelor's degree in finance & accounting or similar would be an asset.

• Prior work experience with the execution of Accounts Receivable processes (would be an asset)

• Work experience in a Shared Service Finance organization is preferred.
